How to set up Direct Deposits / Automatic Payments:

Page 1 will help you organize and identify direct deposits and payments to update.
Direct Deposits – Complete page 2 and send to each company making a direct deposit into your account. Be sure to include a voided check, not a deposit ticket, with each request.
Social Security Direct Deposit – Transfer your social security direct deposit, by calling the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 or visit their website at www.ssa.gov/deposit/howtosign.htm.
Automatic Payments – Complete page 2 and send to each company receiving an automatic payment from your account. Be sure to include a voided check, not a deposit ticket, with each request. Another option for automatic payments is to consider our Online Banking with FREE unlimited Bill Pay.
