- Use our mobile banking app.
- Pay attention to the sender name.
- Double check the phone number listed in the text message. You will always find our correct Customer Support phone number on our website.
- Don’t click on suspicious links in a text message you weren’t expecting.
We have also been made aware of fraudulent phone calls to our Commercial Online Banking clients that appears to come from the First Mid Treasury Services Support number 833-680-5110. First Mid will NEVER ASK for your activation key or any online banking login information to verify your account. If you receive any such calls, please hang up immediately and call our Treasury Services Support number directly.
