Third-Pary Aggregators: Any third-party aggregator such as Venmo, Robinhood, Cash App, etc, that was linked to your Personal Online Banking account prior to our upgrade on March 17th will need to be re-linked in the new platform. Re-linking your account with these services may take time and you may need to take steps within the aggregation software. Because these are providers that First Mid does not work with directly, you will need to contact them for any support in resolving connectivity issues.
Android Users: If you have a Work or School profile on your mobile device, go to the personal tab on your device to install the new First Mid mobile app.
