Beginning Friday, November 8 at 6 p.m. until Monday, November 11 at 8 a.m. we will be upgrading our core banking system. During this time, online banking and mobile banking will be unavailable and our branches will have limited functionality, such as the ability to open new accounts or issue debit cards.
Also during this weekend, First Mid ATMs will have the following limited functionality:
- No ATM deposits
- No PIN changes
- Balance inquiries may be unavailable
If you use Quicken or QuickBooks to export information from our Personal Online Banking platform, there are some additional steps you will need to take prior to Friday, November 8. Click here for more details.
