If your card is lost or stolen, you should report it immediately to minimize the chance of unauthorized transactions on your account.

To Report Your First Mid Debit Card Lost or Stolen

24-Hour Automated Service:
You will be asked to verify your card information and identity. If you cannot be verified, you will be transferred to an agent.

First Mid Customer Support:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
