To Report Your First Mid Debit Card Lost or Stolen
24-Hour Automated Service:
You will be asked to verify your card information and identity. If you cannot be verified, you will be transferred to an agent.
First Mid Customer Support:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Don’t Forget: If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can use the First Mid Mobile Banking app to quickly turn your debit card off to prevent unauthorized transactions on your account.
