To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, we are delaying the launch of our new Personal Online Banking. We are taking steps to allow for additional programming and testing so that we are fully prepared to bring you all the advantages of the new system.
We are still very excited to upgrade our Personal Online Banking and deliver a platform that will bring you new features and functionality. As we get closer to rolling out the new system, we will provide plenty of advanced notice so that you can plan ahead.
To make sure you receive important updates regarding this change, follow the steps below to verify that we have your current email address on file:
- Login to your current personal online banking account;
- Select Profile in the upper right corner;
- Click “Edit” next to Email to review your current address on file. If this is correct, click “Cancel.” If you need to update your email address, type in your new address, confirm it, and click “Save.”
As soon as we have new dates for this upgrade, we will email our Online Banking customers with current email addresses on file. To ensure our emails arrive in your inbox, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts. We apologize for this delay and look forward to bringing you a new system soon.
