Online Banking instructions for former First Clover Leaf Bank customers

Access to your new Online Banking at First Mid will be available on Monday, March 20, 2017.

If you were a First Clover Leaf Bank Online Banking customer, you will be automatically enrolled in First Mid’s Online Banking – you DO NOT need to enroll again. In most cases you will retain your First Clover Leaf Bank username.  If your username does change, you will be notified by letter.

 

Image of Welcome Box on Home PageFor All Online Banking Customers: access to your First Clover Leaf Bank transaction history will not be available within your new First Mid Online Banking account. If you wish to print or archive any First Clover Leaf Bank eStatements, check copies, etc., you must do so before 3:00 p.m. on March 17, 2017.  Beginning March 20, you may log in to your Online Banking account through FIRSTMID.COM. In the WELCOME box on our homepage, click “Personal” to access personal accounts, or click “Business” to access the login screen for business accounts.

For Personal Accounts: enter your Username and Password in the expanded WELCOME box (shown here), then click the LOGIN button. For first-time password instructions, please refer to page 9 of the Customer Guide you received in the mail OR you may click “Forgot Password?” to have a reset prompt sent to your email address on file. Upon login, the system will prompt you to change your password and set up your security questions and answers.

For Business Accounts: you will be taken to the login screen for our Business Online Banking (shown here). Enter your Username in the Access ID field and click LOGIN to be taken to a screen where you can enter your password. For first-time password instructions, please refer to page 11 of the Customer Guide you received in the mail OR you may click “Forgot Password/PIN” to have a reset prompt sent to your email address on file. Upon login, the system will prompt you to change your password and set up your security questions and answers.
