Because eStatements are available in both Online and Mobile Banking, you’ll have the ability to view statements no matter where you are.
To Enroll in eStatements
- You must have an online banking account with us. Sign up for online banking.
- If you already have an online banking account, log in to online banking.
- Click Profile at the top right corner.
- Click Edit next to the “Electronic Statements” category.
- Choose eStatements as the delivery method.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions after clicking on, “electronic statements terms and conditions”.
- Enter the confirmation code at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions document.
To View eStatements in Online Banking
- Log in to your account through Online Banking.
- Choose the account for statements you want to view.
- Select the “Documents” tab.
- Set your desired date range and click “Submit”.
- Select which statement you want to view among the list provided.
To View eStatements in Mobile Banking
- Log in to your account through the Mobile Banking app.
- Tag on the “More” menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on “Statements and Documents”.
- Choose the account for the statements you want to view.
- Select which statement you want to view among the list provided.
