For our former Soy Capital Bank customers, access to your new Online Banking at First Mid will be available on Monday, April 8, 2019.
If you were a Soy Capital Bank Online Banking customer, you will be automatically enrolled in First Mid’s Online Banking – you DO NOT need to register again. In most cases you will retain your Soy Capital Bank username. If your username does change, you will be notified.
For All Online Banking Customers: access to your Soy Capital Bank transaction history will not be available within your new First Mid Online Banking account. If you wish to print or archive any Soy Capital Bank eStatements, check copies, bill payees, etc., you must do so before 4:30 p.m. (CST) on Friday, April 5, 2019. Beginning April 8, you may log in to your Online Banking account through FIRSTMID.COM.
At the top of our website, click “Personal” to access the login area for personal accounts, or click “Business” to go to the Business Online Banking login screen. If your business account is being converted to Commercial Online Banking, you will be notified ahead of time with instructions for accessing your account.
For Personal Accounts: Enter your Soy Online Banking Username and Password in the expanded Login area (shown above). If your username or password needs to change, you will be notified prior to April 8. The first time you enter this information and click the Login button, the system will prompt you to set up your security questions and answers.
First Mid’s Personal Mobile Banking is directly connected to our Online Banking system. Therefore, if you wish to use mobile banking, you may download our mobile app and access your accounts with your Online Banking credentials.

For Business Accounts: After clicking “Business” in the login area, you will be taken to the login screen for Business Online Banking (shown here). Enter your Company ID and User ID and click LOGIN to be taken to the next screen where you can enter a temporary password. In most cases your User ID will remain the same. If your User ID needs to change you will be notified ahead of time. Your Company ID and temporary password will be emailed to you prior to April 8. Upon logging in for the first time, the system will prompt you to change your password and set up your security questions and answers.

For Commercial Accounts: Prior to April 8 you will be provided with links and installation instructions for the First Mid Bank & Trust secure browser. Once you have installed and activated the secure browser, it can be used to access Commercial Online Banking from your computer’s desktop.

First Mid also offers Business Mobile Banking. You may download our business mobile app and contact us after Monday, April 8 for your company’s activation information.
