Brandon Kipp

Brandon Kipp is an Assistant Vice President, Trust Administrator with First Mid Wealth Management. He specializes in investment models, financial planning, and portfolio administration for individuals, nonprofit foundations, and endowments.

Before joining First Mid, Brandon spent eight years as a financial advisor, helping clients navigate changing market conditions and plan for retirement and other long-term financial objectives. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years as a high school teacher, instructing math and business courses ranging from pre-algebra to calculus, marketing, entrepreneurship, and sales. He also taught financial literacy, helping students build a strong foundation in personal finance.

Brandon is active in the community and involved with several local organizations, including Burlington Kiwanis, Downtown Partners, Inc., the Art Center of Burlington, and Burlington River Days.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. His hobbies include cycling, golf, fishing, and hunting with his wife and two children.
