Why are these changes occurring?
These changes are part of the merger between Two Rivers Financial Group and First Mid Bancshares, Inc. As a result of this merger, our investment services will transition to the Raymond James platform. Raymond James is recognized as one of the largest and most respected investment firms globally. This new partnership will allow us to offer an expanded set of tools, resources, and services designed to support your financial goals.
What does this change mean for me?
You will continue to work with your current Financial Advisor, Nick Bronson. After the transition, Nick will be operating under First Mid Wealth Management. This change, will provide you with enhanced access to a broader range of financial services and innovative investment solutions, made possible through First Mid Wealth Management and Raymond James.
Who will be my advisor?
Your trusted advisor, Nick Bronson, will continue to serve you. The only change is that he will be serving clients through First Mid Wealth Management.
When will this change occur?
This transition was completed in March. If you have not yet completed your account transition, no action is needed from you at this time. The team is working through each account and contacting clients to complete the transition to Raymond James. If I have multiple accounts, will there be multiple chages?
Yes, If you are an investment, trust, and bank client, you will experience changes at different times for each account type.

• Trust & Retirement accounts will convert in the latter part of 2026.

What does this change mean for me?
- There is no change to your contacts. The Trust and Retirement team will continue to assist you as they do today.

- One small change: If you currently access your accounts through the Two Rivers website, you will now be redirected to www.firstmid.com, where you will find updated login links.
Who will be my Trust Officer?
Your current Trust Officer will continue to serve you; the only change is that they will be serving clients through First Mid Wealth Management.
On Friday, June 12, 2026, the Wealth Management team will transition to First Mid email addresses and branding on statements will update. However, phone numbers for the Wealth Management team will not change.
