    These changes are part of the merger between Two Rivers Financial Group and First Mid Bancshares, Inc. As a result of this merger, our investment services will transition to the Raymond James platform. Raymond James is recognized as one of the largest and most respected investment firms globally. This new partnership will allow us to offer an expanded set of tools, resources, and services designed to support your financial goals.

    You will continue to work with your current Financial Advisor, Nick Bronson. After the transition, Nick will be operating under First Mid Wealth Management. This change, will provide you with enhanced access to a broader range of financial services and innovative investment solutions, made possible through First Mid Wealth Management and Raymond James.

    Your trusted advisor, Nick Bronson, will continue to serve you. The only change is that he will be serving clients through First Mid Wealth Management.
    This transition is scheduled for March 9, 2026.

    At this time, you do not need to take any action. Your account will continue to be managed as usual. Should any actions becomes necessary, your advisor will contact you directly.

    Yes, If you are an investment, trust, and bank client, you will experience changes at different times for each account type.
    •    Investment accounts will transition in March.
    •    Bank accounts will convert during the June system conversion.
    •    Trust & Retirement accounts will convert in the latter part of 2026.

    Each account transition is a separate process, and you will receive distinct communications for each transition as the time approaches.
