Jeanne Remelius

Jeanne Remelius is an Assistant Vice President, Trust Administrator I with First Mid Wealth Management. She provides trust and estate administration services for clients in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area.

With more than 20 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and fiduciary services, Jeanne brings both legal expertise and practical insight to her role. A former practicing attorney and trust professional, she understands the legal and personal considerations involved in administering trusts and settling estates. She works closely with clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisors to help ensure each plan is carried out thoughtfully and in accordance with the client’s wishes.

Before joining First Mid, Jeanne held trust administration roles with Edward Jones Trust Company and Stifel Trust Company and previously practiced law in St. Louis, advising individuals and families on estate planning and estate settlement matters. She is known for explaining complex documents clearly so clients feel informed and confident in their decisions.

Jeanne holds a Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saint Louis University and is a member of The Missouri Bar Association. She and her husband, Jeff, have two adult sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, trivia nights, spending time with her animals, and exploring St. Louis cultural institutions.
