Meet Kelly
Kelly Jackson is the Retirement Services Operations Manager for First Mid Wealth Management, leading the team and ensuring each employer plan is administered with care. With nearly three decades of experience in retirement plan administration and consulting, she has expertise in facilitating many different types of retirement plans.
Kelly brings extensive knowledge to her role from her time as a Partner with a local CPA firm, where she oversaw more than 50 retirement plans and consulted on an additional 60. With broad experience spanning plan design, compliance, participant education, and regulatory reporting, Kelly enjoys helping employers and employees establish plans that help them achieve their retirement goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University. Beyond her professional work, Kelly is passionate about giving back to her community and has long supported Crisis Nursery in Urbana. She continues to be actively involved with the organization’s mission to prevent child abuse and neglect.
