Meet Trey

Edward “Trey” Phillips is a Commercial Lender serving the St. Charles, IL community and surrounding areas. He works closely with business owners to identify the right financing solutions for both current needs and long-term success.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance and portfolio management, Trey previously held leadership roles with Cinnaire Lending Corporation and has worked across multifamily affordable housing, commercial real estate, and construction lending. He began his professional career serving in the United States Army, including deployment with the 101st Airborne Division, where he developed the leadership and discipline that guide his work today.

Trey earned a dual concentration MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment Management from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Active in the community, he volunteers with the DuPage County Affordable Housing Alliance and is a member of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Association (DREAA) and the Chicago Architectural Foundation.
