Because eStatements are available in both Online and Mobile Banking, you’ll have the ability to view statements no matter where you are.
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Hover over Accounts along the top navigation.
- Click on eDocs.
- Select the Preferences tab.
- Next to Accounts, click the downward arrow and select All for all accounts, or select an individual account that you would like to receive electronic statements.
- Under Delivery, click the Digital (E-mail) radio button and enter the email address you would like to receive notifications.
- Click the blue Save button.
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Hover over Accounts along the top navigation.
- Click on eDocs.
- Select the Documents tab.
- A list of all available statements will display. You may filter the available statements by date or document (account) type.
- Click on the statement you wish to view or download.
- Log in to Mobile Banking.
- Click eDocs along the bottom navigation.
- Click Statements.
- Click View Statements.
- Enter a valid email address and under Delivery, select Digital.
- Click the blue Save button.
- You will receive an email containing a verification link. Click the verification link to complete the registration process.
- Log in to Mobile Banking.
- Click on eDocs along the bottom navigation.
- Click Statements.
- Click View Statements.
- A list of all available statements will display. Click the arrow next to Show Filters. You may filter the available statements by date or document (account) type.
- Click on the statement you wish to view or download.
