Card Fraud Protection

First Mid partners with a Fraud Detection Service to keep you safe! When suspicious activity is detected on your debit card, you will be contacted by text or phone to determine if the charges were truly fraudulent. If contacted by phone, our Fraud Detection Service will NEVER ask you to confirm or provide your full card number, security code, account information, or detailed personal information.

If you cannot be reached by text or phone, the fraud detection service will leave a message and request that you call them back. Additional Card Protection

Receiving notifications when your card is used is a valuable tool in protecting yourself from fraud.
