Volunteer Spotlight – 2025 Top Volunteers

Community is at the heart of who we are. Meet our Top 5 Volunteers and see how they are making an impact.
Giving back is a core part of First Mid’s identity as a community bank. Our employees invest their time and energy in organizations that strengthen the places where we live and work. In 2025, First Mid team members contributed over 18,000 volunteer hours, supporting initiatives that promote financial well-being, strengthen neighborhoods, and create lasting impact.

Each year, First Mid recognizes five employees whose volunteer efforts stand out among their peers. In honor of their service, each honoree selects a nonprofit organization to receive a $500 donation from First Mid.
