Caleb Keller

Caleb is a Vice President, Business Services Manager with First Mid Bank & Trust. He leads the Treasury Servicing and Small Business Support teams, which work alongside Treasury Management Officers and Commercial Lenders to provide ongoing support to First Mid’s commercial clients.

Since joining First Mid in 2022, Caleb has played an integral role in building the Treasury Services and Small Business Support departments. His team supports client onboarding, assists clients with Treasury Management products and services, and helps resolve service-related needs.

Caleb also brings experience supporting clients through mergers and acquisitions, consumer lending, and leading highly engaged teams. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with a passion for relationship building and providing best-in-class customer service to First Mid’s clients.

Active in his community, Caleb serves as District Treasurer for the Creve Coeur School District and previously served as President for the East Peoria Rotary Club.
