Derek Marose

Derek Marose is a Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer with First Mid Bank & Trust, serving the Lake of the Ozarks region in Missouri. He works closely with homebuyers, realtors, and community partners to provide financing solutions that support successful homeownership.

With more than 30 years of experience in mortgage banking, Derek brings a strong background in credit, underwriting, and residential lending. He has held leadership roles overseeing lending teams and managing high-volume loan operations, giving him a deep understanding of the mortgage process from application to closing. Since 2012, he has served clients in the Lake area, building lasting relationships and helping borrowers navigate the home financing process with confidence.

Derek earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University and is a member of the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors. Outside of work, Derek and his family enjoy lake life and being active in the local community.
