Donica Softley

Donica serves as an Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer, for the Decatur, IL community. She specializes in assisting customers with home loans, home equity lines of credit, and personal loans, and she makes sure that the lending process is seamless from beginning to end.  

 

Donica has over six years of banking experience and has held various banking roles, including Teller, Customer Service Representative, and Assistant Branch Manager. She attended Richland Community College.
