Meet Igor

Igor Cavlovic is an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender with First Mid Bank & Trust, serving Ankeny, Iowa, and the surrounding areas. Bringing more than 20 years of banking experience in commercial lending, business development, retail banking, and leadership, he partners with business owners to understand their goals and provide customized financing solutions that support growth and long-term success.

Igor specializes in commercial lending, small business lending, and SBA financing. He provides practical financial guidance and tailored lending solutions to support business owners through every stage of their journey, from acquisitions and expansion to working capital and commercial real estate financing.

Originally from Bosnia, Igor spent seven years living in Germany before making Iowa his home. He has lived in the Ankeny community for more than 25 years, where he and his wife are raising their daughter.

Outside of work, Igor enjoys volunteering in the community, spending time with his family, and cycling trails throughout Iowa and the Midwest.
