Jordan Springsteen

Meet Jordan

Jordan Springsteen is a Vice President, Commercial Lender for First Mid Bank & Trust, serving Burlington and Des Moines County, Iowa, and the surrounding areas. He works closely with business owners to provide financing solutions that support growth, expansion, and long-term success.

With more than 10 years of banking experience, Jordan has built his career in credit administration, commercial lending, and business banking. Prior to entering the banking industry, he worked in residential real estate appraisal, providing him with valuable insight into property valuation and credit analysis.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned a Certificate of Executive Leadership.

Active in the community, Jordan serves on the board of the Southeast Iowa Builders Association and previously served as its President, helping promote the skilled trades throughout southeast Iowa, west-central Illinois, and northeast Missouri. He is also a member of Burlington Kiwanis and previously served on its board.
