With eight years of experience in the financial services industry, Josh specializes in down payment assistance programs, including FHLB, IFA, and local assistance options. He is passionate about helping buyers achieve homeownership and understands the important role housing plays in building stability, putting down roots, and strengthening local communities. He finds it essential to provide honest guidance, building trusted relationships and helping customers navigate the lending process with confidence.

Josh is active in the community and volunteers with Junior Achievement in the classroom and local Paint-a-thon projects. He values the connections that come from serving the community where he lives and works.

Outside of work, Josh, his wife, and their five children enjoy country living, farming, and taking family trips together.
