With 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Melissa is passionate about educating buyers and helping them make informed decisions about mortgage products and financing options. She especially enjoys helping customers achieve homeownership through programs and grants that make purchasing a home more attainable. Known for her strong communication and relationship-focused approach, Melissa strives to make every borrower feel supported throughout the lending process.

Melissa is active in her community and volunteers with organizations including Shop with a Cop, Hetta Gilbert, and Paint-a-thon. She values the strong sense of connection within her community and enjoys giving back through her time and resources.

Outside of work, Melissa and her husband, John, are dedicated Iowa Hawkeye fans and spend many fall weekends attending home football games. She also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.
