Nikkii Kulig

As Vice President, Treasury Management Officer II, Nikkii works with business clients to understand how they collect, manage, and disburse their funds, and offers solutions that can help them meet their current and evolving cash management needs. She serves customers in McHenry and St. Charles, IL, and surrounding communities.

With more than 15 years of experience, Nikkii has built a strong background in the banking industry. Her leadership experience and client-focused approach enable her to build lasting relationships and help businesses operate more efficiently. She joined First Mid through the Blackhawk Bank acquisition in 2023 and is a graduate of Blackhawk’s Leadership Academy.

An active community supporter, Nikkii serves as a McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. She also volunteers with several community organizations including CASA of McHenry County, United Way, and Feed My Starving Children.
