For Blackhawk Bank mortgage accounts, there will be a blackout period from December 1-8, 2023. During this time, account information will be unavailable. However, if at any time you have questions, please contact a mortgage loan department representative to assist you at 800-914-7434. Servicing hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT, Monday-Friday.
If you have not received a Notice of Servicing Transfer in the mail and would like to make a payment on your mortgage loan before December 11, 2023, you may contact your local First Mid banking center to request your new mortgage loan account number.

You may continue to make mortgage payments in person at any First Mid Bank & Trust location and enjoy your trusted relationship with our mortgage professionals.

Beginning December 8, 2023, you may make payments through our online Loan Servicing Center. You will need your new loan account number to register online. Access to the Loan Servicing Center is also available under the “Choose Another Login” dropdown menu at the top of our website. Once registered, you may also sign up for automatic payments, view your loan information, request payoff amount, view payment history, request paperless billing, chat online with a representative during business hours, and more.
If you are currently making mortgage payments to Blackhawk Bank by means of automatic deduction, this service will NOT automatically continue. If you would like to begin using automatic deductions for mortgage payments with First Mid, please print, complete, and sign a new automatic payment form and return to First Mid Bank & Trust as indicated on the form. You should retain a copy of the form for your records. First Mid will notify you of the month in which the automatic deductions will begin. Until you have received notification that your automatic deductions will begin, please send your regular payments by check, including your new loan account number, to:

If you are currently using an online service or 3rd party bill service to pay your mortgage payment, the payee information, loan number, and payment address will need to be updated.
