Digital Wallet Terms & Conditions

These Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions govern the use of your First Mid  card in conjunction with any Digital Wallet service, including Apple PayTM, Samsung PayTM, Google PayTM or any other service that allows the use of your First Mid card (“Card”) in an electronic format without presenting the Card itself. In these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to the cardholder and “we”, “our” and “us” refer to First Mid. “Device” means any electronic device that you choose to use to digitize your Card for processing payments, such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, or other compatible hardware.
