Bruce Dyck serves as SVP, Regional Community Bank President for the St. Louis Region. In his role, Bruce is responsible for business development, community engagement initiatives, and supporting and strengthening lending relationships in the region. He joined the First Mid team in June 2023.
With over 27 years of experience in the banking industry in St. Louis, Bruce brings a deep understanding of local market dynamics and a passion for delivering exceptional banking solutions. Before joining First Mid, he served almost five years as Senior Vice President at Busey Bank. Prior to that, Bruce held a variety of leadership roles for several other financial institutions including Regional President at Midwest BankCentre, Commercial Relationship Manager at PNC Bank, and Senior Lending Officer at Reliance Bank.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Bruce also holds a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Louis. He demonstrates a deep commitment to community engagement, devoting his time to various volunteer organizations such as St. Patrick’s Center, St. Peter’s Spirit youth hockey, and Operation Food Search.
