John Vasquez serves as a CRA Mortgage Loan Officer for First Mid serving the Champaign County, IL area. In his role, he is responsible for assisting customers with all aspects of Mortgage Lending, including home purchases, refinances, home equity lines of credit, and personal loans. John also has an office at our Rantoul, IL branch.
John focuses on first-time homebuyers, affordable housing products, and down payment assistance programs. He earned a Certificate in Community Banking from CBAI Community Banking School.
Active in his community, John is a Drumline instructor for two local programs, a member of the Rantoul Exchange Club, and serves as a board member for the Community Service Center of Northern Champaign County.
